Collin T. Edmonds
Attorney at Law
Collin’s practice primarily focuses on issues involving protective proceedings. He helps clients and/or their families put in place protective measures, such as conservatorships and guardianships so that difficult decisions about the well-being of a vulnerable person, such as a minor, a disabled person, or elderly person, are able to be addressed by those who care for them.
He also works with clients in planning for the uncertainty of the future by addressing potential areas of concern in advance by implementing powers of attorney, drafting wills and using other estate planning tools to ensure his clients’ hard earned assets and finances are managed how they want them to be in the case of their own incapacity or death.
Collin is a probate attorney and works with clients who have been appointed as an executor/personal representative for an estate that needs to go through probate.
Collin has litigation experience which adds a dimension of knowledge to each other area of law he practices that only lawyers who have litigated issues in the past have. When a lawsuit becomes necessary he views litigation as a collaborative process where getting a positive result for a client is as much about working with the client as it is understanding and applying the law on their behalf.
Collin prides himself on being accessible and responsive while working with his clients. He has a strong commitment to professionalism both in and out of the courtroom. His number one concern is making sure that his assistance in your legal matter means that you understand how the law affects your rights and the rights of others involved so that you have the best opportunity to make informed decisions that may end up saving you time and money.
